Types of therapy Mark draws from.
A pluralistic toolkit, combined to match each client's specific needs.
A symbolic language for what's hard to say.
Mark is a qualified clinical art therapist (CECAT, 2026) and Jungian Sandplay practitioner working to ISST standards. Sandplay and art therapy give clients a way to externalise inner experience — using figures, sand, image and colour rather than words.
The work is symbolic, not literal: each scene a client creates becomes part of a conversation between the conscious and unconscious mind. Over time, themes, characters and narratives emerge that often surprise — and shift — the storyteller.
